Welcome to FabledRealms, a fan-made MMORPG project created by Ale & Arcana (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, game services, marketplace, wiki, or any other part of the FabledRealms ecosystem (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You are responsible for any account associated with you and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or community guidelines.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or community members.
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized modifications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Impersonate staff, developers, or other users.
- Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. User-Generated Content
FabledRealms may allow users to create or submit content (such as skins, builds, artwork, feedback, or other materials). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content within the context of the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
4. Virtual Items & Marketplace
The Services may include virtual items, cosmetics, or a marketplace:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside of the Services.
- Purchases, if available, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform through which payment is processed.
- We may add, remove, balance, or modify items, features, or progression systems as part of ongoing development.
5. Fan-Made Project & Third-Party Rights
FabledRealms is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. All Hytale-related trademarks, names, and assets are the property of their respective owners and are used in a fan context only.
6. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms the community, the project, or third parties.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ale & Arcana disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, bugs, or data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ale & Arcana and its collaborators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
9. Changes to the Services & Terms
FabledRealms is an evolving project. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ale & Arcana primarily operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
